Well, Im gonna have to go with Batman. 

He doesn’t have any “superpowers”. He works alone..

He’s physically strong, uses his mind- usually intimidates his opponent by driving fear into them.

Iron man has more qualities, most of which are powered through his suit.

But that’s just my opinion. You could look at the situation from a few different ways based on how the virus/disease would work.
